The mission of the Ferndale Sister City Association/FSCA is to present free cultural events and programs through the Ferndale Sister City Association and the Japanese Cultural Youth Group/JCYG to the community at large.

Our programs are designed to expand international knowledge and personal skill building while creating friendships through cultural exchange.
